Trying to gain muscle mass is quite challenging but so far I have seen some great improvements over the past couple of months!

Diet Calendar Entry for 17 June 2012:
1479 kcal Fat: 55.71g | Prot: 91.23g | Carb: 172.28g.   Breakfast: Almonds , Sugar Free French Vanilla Powder Coffee Creamer, Old Fashioned Oats, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Cinnamon , Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen) , almond milk unsweetened. Lunch: Bananas, Sugar Free Strawberry Jam, Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Natural Creamy Peanut Butter. Dinner: Fat Free Feta Cheese, Baby Spinach, 100% Whole Grain Sugar Free Bread, Broccoli , Onions, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Apples , Banana Bread (with Margarine), Light String Cheese, 100% Whole Grain Sugar Free Bread, EB Egg, Turkey Bacon. more...
