last night again I made overnight oats for today. I had 1/4 cup pumpkin flax granola from costco and 1/2 cup rolled oats. then I added a little maple syrup, some chopped up strawberries, two tablespoons of fatfree greek yogurt and 3/4 cup of water. Shake. This morning everything had softened up, it was yummy, and I could only finish half of it. So I will have it tomorrow too or later. All that was 150 calories plus lots of almond milk in coffee makes 200 for breakfast. I was going to put in almonds too but didn't bother.
