GrandmaRose's Journal, 17 June 2012

I'm really getting fed up! Weight went up last week (or so) and is really really slow to come back down. I didn't even eat particularly over my "budget" so to speak. I DID have a couple of days of more fat-filled types of foods that I usually eat, but nothing that should account for adding several pounds of weight! Had some mayonnaise over-killed potato salad at an outing and ate some "dippin' dots" ice cream at same event, but hey! That alone is certainly not enough to throw me several pounds over my last lowest weight. And the last couple of days, the scale just bounces around, with maybe .4# up then .2# down, etc. kind of thing going on. It's a NEW scale, so I can't blame it on the equipment. I'll just keep on keeping on, as they say, but frustration has really set in. It's harder to continue being good when you hit these kinds of plateaus, ya know?
