Another binge after work on digestive cookies. Feeling kind of rough all day and I was tired of being hungry, Didn't eat enough protein. Started off this morning with protein in the form of a can of tuna instead. Want to to see results. Day 13 of no alcohol. I think it is difficult to face the fact that I can't enjoy drinks for awhile and finance goals are a little further away than I had hoped.

Hanging in there. Need to master the diet. I want to see 123 this week. I really really do. I am floored at how difficult it is to lose weight as you get older. I remember how much my body would change after two weeks of the gym in my 20's. And I am grateful that I have been watching this in my 30s. so that my 40's I will be somewhat prepared for what I can only assume is very very difficult weight loss. I am starting to understand others struggles and my heart is heavy at the difficulties some face.
125.0 lb Lost so far: 4.1 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

They weren't chocolate covered... but they come in stacks! I looked like the cookie monster last night!

Well theres nothing wrong with that! Hell I look like the Cookie Monster all the time lol 😋 Plus whatever weight you gained don’t worry about, just water weight 👍🏻

I like tuna - I chop up other things to put in with it, like pickles or olives, tasty things. I think the reason it is difficult to lose weight as we age is that we have very bad habits. I do anyway. Last year I was following a plan and the weight was flying off. Now I am sort of wandering around a sort-of diet plan, not really working hard at losing, and my weight has plateaued. Good luck! I gained a pound a year after I was 20, then 2 pounds a year after I turned 55 - Doesn't sound like much, but I went from 120 to 183! You will figure it out!

Go out on an empty flat road, look behind you as far as you can, then look ahead as far as you can, then look down at your feet and appreciate it all.

Congrats on your day 13! 👏🏻 remember, “diet”=is temporary, “lifestyle change”=permanent. Like someone ale mentioned, you’ll figure out what works for you. Once I reduced my added sugar intake and welcomed more healthy fats, my cravings decreased dramatically and it became a whole bunch easier. You got this
