Woke at 217.4, down 2.8 from yesterday after a big calorie, big exercise day. Pushed out a lot of water last night. Today is Fasting Friday, so I will flush out the bod with black coffee, tea, and water all day. Will eat at noon or later on Saturday. UPDATE: Flushed a lot of black coffee and water through today. Got down to 215.2 late in the day. But by 6 pm, I was freezing! Took a nap for a few hours but I'm wearing a hoodie and two pairs of socks!
