Not sure why the 1 pound loss, I’ve been a total pig.
I’m restarting HMR today, no take-backs. I know I will lose weight, but I’m terrified about keeping it off! I’ll deal with it in a few months, right now I have to focus on summer, being miserable, wearing shorts and t-shorts, a vacation to Colombia and a girls trip to Florida. I don’t want to be a big fat whale.
