Losing Gran, severe tonsillitis and a stressful time at work hasn’t helped but I’ve tried to keep it going. Not getting to the gym has been an issue too but skiing next week will definitely get me back on track!! Just need to watch out for the Aprés Ski!!
200.4 lb Lost so far: 103.4 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
