starting today just to track. Not really dieting, just not eating much. My husband is on a special diet, started just recently per his physician. I cook for him, not for me. I eat whatever whenever I get hungry. Plan to start using that treadmill tomorrow, shooting for 10 mins twice a day to start just walking. Maybe next week I will put myself on a WW-like regimen if walking doesn't work. I work from hom on my computer, and I play on my computer and the only exercise I get now is walking to the mailbox down the driveway or shopping on our days off. Hopefully I can stick to the walking thing at first. First goal is 14 lbs off. Wish me luck.
