Most calories today in a month, but still well under my RDI. I made a light pizza & ate my entire half! I used baby bella mushrooms, turkey pepperoni, light Italian blend cheese, Boboli whole wheat thin pizza crust, black olive slices, Ragu sauce. I'm stuffed, but happy! Every once in a while it feels good indulge (within reason). Just watermelon for dessert.
To the gym in the morning for water aerobics, eating light all day. No birthday cake for me at grand nephew's party tomorrow afternoon!

Ok, all that chewing of yummy pizza set off the pain in my jaw, giving me a nasty headache. Another lesson learned.
