I went on a road trip / mini vacation last weekend, and gained all the weight I lost the week before. I tried to eat low carb as much as I could, but I didn't resist temptation either...mostly in alcoholic beverages. I still ate better than I would have if I wasn't in the practice of eating low carb, otherwise I'd be weighing even more now. I'm having a little difficulty getting back into the Keto lifestyle, but my carbs and calories remain less than they used to, so I'm happy to be back on track with weight loss.
215.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 80.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
