Good Afternoon sweeties,


This morning was rough! I did the lunges followed by an hour of interval training. I burned 1,200 calories :) And guess what? I jogged at a pace of 6.8 and ran at a pace of 7.5 :) Yay!

Hello HCB! I am training to begin a career through competing in a figure competitions which has it's differences from bodybuilding...but regardless women that compete are trying to have the best stage ready body!!! I am working really hard to "Get er' done"! So far so good. I have lost 10 lbs since I started. Thank you so much for your comments! :) Good luck with all of your goals as well!!!
