I had a good time out last night with friends. The hostess is an amazing cook. Makes many great tasting and interesting ethnic foods. Just one of those nights that I enjoyed tasting great thing. Not diabetic so no problem. Weight was stable yet I really felt the sodium effect. It will take a couple of days for my body to equilibrate. Tonight there will be asparagus, nopales (cactus) and hibiscus ice tea on the menu. All three have natural diuretic properties.
