Woke at 220.2, up 2.2 from yesterday. My weekly water yo-yo routine continues. Going out for a business lunch today so I’ll break the 16:8 fast with something nice. Fasting Friday is tomorrow! UPDATE: Had a fabulous lunch at the Capitol Grille, and then a good remainder of the workday. Met a colleague for drinks after work and that turned into a late dinner of mussels and chicken wings. Grabbed a few keto snacks when I got home so that added to a huge calorie day. But I had a giant calorie burn from all the walking around today. Got to 218.4 before bedtime.

does that work better than the intermittent fasting i've heard about? maybe its equivalent in terms of calorie deficit just simpler to track i guess? i read some stuff on jame clear's website about fasting interesting....what has been your experience with it?
