Well, I got up very energized this morning and it felt good to feel this way for a change. I have been somewhat depressed for about the last 6 to 8 months as my little Mattie (15 year old dog)was very sick and I am having a hard time getting over losing her. She was my heart. Now it is time to take care of myself and get back in shape. I am having a little back problem today so will probably not add any extra exercise today. I wanted to work on a stretching breathing exercises dvd for people with COPD. Will see what later brings. Shopping and laundry always cause this problem for me. So far today I am sticking to plan so that is good. Hope that I can make it through another day. It is a rainy day so no lawn work. Sounds better for tomorrow. I was able to stay below the 1700 calories again today and I was still full.
