Even today. No gain or loss even though under the calorie limit.
203.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 43.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

just keep it up and it will eventually show on the scale! the more you need to lose the more you lose and the last 20 or so gets harder and slower. I have 40 or so and I only lost half a lb this week. I know it makes it harder when the scale doesn't cooperate but don't give up. Nan
