Last week you were sick and while eating habits didn’t change, exercise was at 0. But no need to worry. You’re getting back into the routine and already have lost that 1 pound. Keep it up!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
