Still getting used to this upside down world where saturated fats are good, many carbs should be avoided, and I am losing weight and not hungry or struggling to adapt to this way of eating.
It is as if everything...and I mean almost everything, I was taught about nutrition has been brought into question. Some days this makes me so mad. Why, oh why, is it taking so long for mainstream medicine to grasp/accept the science behind why this works and the traditional mantras of low fat/low calorie are not helping most people to lose weight?
This is definitely the solution for me, and the rest of my life.
