Ya’ll, trying to stay within saturated fat/sodium lowering limits are gettin’ me down! I’m basically eating vegan. 😫 Any suggestions?
174.1 lb Lost so far: 1.9 lb.    Still to go: 9.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
