So ok, the diet is going good, EXCEPT for the snacking part. I'm dying here. I'm so use to grazing. And at night..... so the night time thing is for me to get bak to knitting and my beadwork. Hard to snack and do those things at the same time.

But I feel hungry alot. I need to find some low carb snacking ideas. One life change at a time. And more water, I need to drink more water.
144.3 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Could I suggest snacking on radishes? You can dip in your fav salad dressing (no sugar) or potassium salt. It helps with the need to feed with very little caloric/carb load.

Oh, and most folks are rarely hungry on keto. I do 2fat gram per 1pro gram. If you are not getting enough fat, you’ll crave. Still keep carbs 20-50 total (not net). Keep strong!
