I have leveled off here - I am watching everyone excited -
Goal right now is to stay under 200 in maintain mode -
I have a lot of outside issues on the plate (timing items due ) but food is no problem -
Watching carbs , salad , broccoli and cucumbers biggest staple right now -
I am working out a little but recumbent bike is my best option in front of tube or listening to you tube right now - Ride away my frustrations - LOL -
Thanks for the support - I will have thank you list tomorrow - I got deadline stuff to do now -
Sometimes the posting is therapy for the support, if you know what I mean - Nothing big happening, nothing expected short term - Living the life and trying to keep up with it -
