Since I had the time, I walked the longest distance so far today - about 4 miles! It was humid but I had my liter bottle of water along.

HCB, great job with the walk! It has been a bear here in Missouri the last few days. Hot and humid, but I am still trying to get out and do my walks.

Good job! I have never been to your side of the country, but I hear that it gets pretty humid there. Great job! We went to the Police show today and walked, and walked and walked, but it was only 82 out and NOT humid so it was not that bad. Keep up the good work!
