Haven't done a workout today... REALLY need to get on that! I guess I have hit a plateau I have been dancing around the 160 number, but always end up going back up... Not gonna give up hope because I remember when I thought I would never get below 170!
165.8 lb Lost so far: 39.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
