need to work on recording all my food. doing well with keeping it around 20 g of carbs or below but need to add veg's in again - when I get busy busy that tends to fall by the wayside.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
