Truly not doing well at tracking or eating in general on my days off. I want this for me but can’t seem to do much unless it’s for someone else. Quite the contradiction but I’ll keep working. “Can’t do for others unless you do for yourself.” Welp I guess I’m an alien.
Enough with the negative, still loving this app and all of y’all stories. They are much appreciated and I hope to be on the same track soon.
