1768 kcal Fat: 99.77g | Prot: 101.28g | Carb: 133.03g.   Breakfast: sugar free syrup, mini moo, sugar free vanilla syrup, soy flour, coffee, unsalted butter, egg, ground turkey, buttermilk. Lunch: mozzarella string cheese, ground flax, provolone, minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese, zucchini, onion, traditional spaghetti sauce, egg, ground chicken. Dinner: coconut milk, peppers and onions, cut green beans, cauliflower, butter, chicken breast, sour cream. Snacks/Other: atkins endulge, cupcake. more...
