okay...started out my day with having to cut my workout short....because my husband felt dizzy and I had to get him home...had shake...which was okay...then went to doctors office for appointment for my husband...came home and I was hungry..to hungry...Started fixing lunch and grazing....BAD news...by the time I finished...I had eaten almost all my calories I have set for myself....I am nervous today not sure why...but I have to try and figure it out ....The eating trigger I mean...
