2 days since i started but here i am exceeding my calorie intake...why cant i control myself..??!!....why am i doing this to myself..??...i was never like that..!!! wat is wrong with me..??!!!!!

Hi, Take a deep breath and start again. You can definitely do this. I would suggest you try to cut back a bit on your carbs. Do you really need roti and rice? Replace them with lean meat and vegetables - protein satisfies your hunger for longer. If you need a sweet hit try some fruit rather than ice cream. Coke? You know it's empty calories. Plan what you are going to eat, count the calories before you eat it. I hope you take these suggestions in the spirit they are intended. no criticism - I just want you to have the satisfaction of reaching your goal.

Yes, I agree with the previous post. And if you absolutely must have Coke, try diet Coke. It will take getting used to, but it's better than cutting it out completely at first. Ween yourself off of it slowly, start with the diet and eventually you might get used to it. That will cut a lot of calories right off the top. And watch your portion sizes. I noticed that you had 3 cups of rice? And a big portion of your calories were from carbs. You CAN do this and you have to believe it! It's really about making changes to your daily intake of food and portion control. Eat slowly and drink a lot of water, it fills your stomach up. This is a good place to share information with others struggling and learn what they did that was successful. It's not all the same for everyone, but some suggestions work and are helpful. Good luck and don't give up. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!
