LSG417's Journal, 20 March 2018

It took everything I had to not give in to a junk food binge after supper, while watching TV. The kids and the hubby all had ice cream for snack. I counted out 10 coffee nut M&M's. I wanted more. My hubby later got his two Oreos and I could smell the cream! I told him to hurry up and eat them cuz it was killing me. Don't know why. Most nights I'm good. Maybe because I'm so far below my calories today. But I'm not hungry. Just craving junk! Thankful I didn't cave in. Time for bed, 5 am rolls around way too early!
