Tried the Smash Burger Technique today and found it as an easy and good way to make a hamburger. I do not have the tool, so I used the bottom of a saucepan instead.

Congratulations MillaLite. Your research pay off big time. Very happy for you. Sorry about the link. Try a seach for "smash burger founder" and I think you'll find it. I am impressed with it. I had a ground pork buger yesterday, and the stainless frying pan was dry when the burger was done. Never seen that before I think.
