Read a recent study on how much protein we need, and like many other say, we need more with age.

With age, we are also likely to need a refill of Hydrochloric Acid and Bile, so I take Now Foods Super Enzymes with my meals. It is said that after awhile we no longer need to take them, since the body will recycle it and use it again.
