so happy to finally get below 220 and as far as I can tell still maintain my muscle mass...Cutting down below 190 and still getting the muscle mass I plan to achieve could be an impossible goal. I hope not and I can't wait to see.. if I fall short of my goal it will absolutely not be because of my effort.
