I got the crud. Gah! At least the scale is being nice and not kicking me while I'm down!
230.0 lb Lost so far: 138.8 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congrats on the scale moving down but really sorry you have picked up the crud. Lots of that going around with the shifts in temps.
