Looks like a plan. I eat chia and plain oatmeal that I grind to a powder, then blend it with 5 oz skim milk and 1.5 oz blueberries, 10 grams of protein powder, then pour over Kashi cereal, everyday, plus two boiled eggs, and 8 cups coffee.
