Tomorrow is weigh in day. Doesn't feel like I lost anything, but will have to wait and see. Tuesday was the 1st Diabetes Education class and they want more fibre and fruit added to the diet, so this has increased my carbs a wee bit. BS levels are totally under control ranging from 4.2 before eating to 5.6 after and have been like this for quite awhile, so will wait and see.
