Had a bad morning. My weight went up and I had trouble setting up my printer with my laptop. Nothing major, I know, but I was a mess this morning, emotionally. My husband, bless his heart, tried to encourage me and he did, a little bit. Boy, I sure love him. I get like this every once in a blue moon, but it's been a long time that I felt this down about myself. I know where this comes from, (childhood issues with my father)so I just went with it. I have to get myself back in gear. I just needed to vent a bit and I know this community understands, even if you guys don't know all the details. I sure hope everyone is having a good day, feeling good, and being good to yourself, even if your aren't where you want to be, yet. <3

I fluctuate between the same two pounds for a couple days at a time, and I don't worry about it because I know I'm doing things right, and the scale will move the other way again. Keep it up!
