HCB's Journal, 14 June 2012

Torrential downpour, lightening and thunder prevented me from my usual morning walk for exercise! WOW, do I feel out of sync! I hope to go after work in between the rainstorms. I have exercised every day for weeks and this feels weird for me!

I know what you mean! I had a doctor's appointment when I usually go to water aerobics; it felt strange. Luckily, it's sunny here. If I hadn't already been to my exercise class I'd be out walking, & I have housework to do. I hope the stormy weather gives you a break so you can get your walking fix for the day. :o)

Good for you! You are getting into the habit! It was pretty bad here Tuesday (we've had a very wet June) but the next 7 days look spectacular.

I know how you feel. I hate when life gets in the way of the gym :P I have to go to long island for a wedding and father's day and will have to miss my weekend gym routine. Hope you get your walk in today!
