Re evaluating my relationship to food. Cravings and especially the time they occur. Habits, etc. Hoping to gain momentum in the right direction.

Went skiing 2 weeks ago and the velcro sides of the snowpants needed to be safety pinned. Wardrobe malfunctions are EXCELLENT motivators!
228.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
