I finally found out what the numbers next to the stopwatch actually mean when you add exercise - if you already figured this out, good for you! I was clueless! Here it is:
The number next to the stop watch represents the number of calories you have burned.
"Net" is the number you get from calories consumed minus calories burned. A minus means you have burned more calories than you have consumed which promotes weight loss.
So on Sunday, with the walking I do at work, I burned 2596 calories, and my Net is -1340 calories,which means I burned 1340 more calories than I took in. Great! Now I understand!
