This is the first time I have really tried and stuck to a pure Keto Diet. Can't believe I'm down 15.6 pounds in 5 weeks. The official week six of the challenge starts this week. Thanks for starting this.

Thanks. This is the first program where I have not craved anything or "dreamed" literally about all of the things I'm choosing not to eat. I never say can't because I can eat what I want but am choosing to bypass them.
