I've been trying to drink lots of water haven't exercised a whole lot other than cleaning house and watering the garden and such. Haven't felt to good but hope to nip this weight thing in the butt as i need to lose. I also want to say a big thank you to projecthoodie and rubyredsocks they are always there and keep up on me. Thanks so much. Hope everyone has a wonderful day.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Not letting you give up woman.. seems like only a couple pounds but believe me when they start adding up you are going to have a HUGH PUSH to keep going in the right direction. Hardest part is getting going after that it'll be more like smoooooth sailing. :)

Thank you so much , This is what I need . Walked a trail down by the creek with the kids earlier Yea !!! I need to do this more often . Bout to do some house work , I'm gonna try and keep updating my food and exercise journal as I used too. Thanks again so much
