4.9 down from Sunday to Sunday. Not bad for a weeks worth of loafing around. I finally got the nerve to try. It will either be lemon blueberry Jello or it will be fruit soup. I love Jello but for the sugar free version I am not willing to put up with the chemical shit storm. I'LL let you know if it pans out. Does anyone have a Homemade fruit jello recipe to share? Would fruit pectin be a good thing to add?

@ CECI3334... there is a you tube source of videos bu Dr Ken D. Berry MD It is best to start there I have been doing my keto diet for a while and not having this success until I learned what I was doing wrong. TherE is a SOLID TON OF NFORMATION. He tends to ramble a little but he is humorous and very informative even has a Facebook page ... let me get that for you.... https://www.facebook.com/kendberry.md/ good luck. You could probably make jello with any variety of fruit tea you care for, a bit of sweetener and unflavored gelatin. If you want a bit more keto in it, add some actual whipped cream to the top or stir in a bit of whole or partial fat plain greek yogurt. I use the various Celestial Seasonings teas as replacements for fruit juice in smoothies all the time. The black cherry is tasty and so is the Raspberry Zinger.
