Lots of fish the past couple days Retaining water. I will try different seasonings.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I had this problem also, so I cut back on the amount of salt I was using and started paying closer attention to the sodium levels on food labels. Also drinking more water helps to flush out the excess sodium in your body which causes fluid retention.
