Why oh why??? :'( :'(
I think I should focus on one diet technique only.
Lately I tried intermittent fasting and I end up eating a lot due to hunger, lol!
Now back to zero again....
163.1 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week

Cal counting is the best and easiest way, eat healthy and I suggest u to but a positive bio because this negative bio won’t take u anywhere.
