So I'm getting back on track starting this week. I will...

1. Do Intermittent fasting most days
2. Drink a lot of water
3. Eat smaller portions
4. Walk or do Walk Away the Pounds
5. Take a Before picture for motivation and post it on a weight loss group on FB
6. Start my Wellness Journal to help me stay on track

I'm keeping my fingers crossed and one thing I will NOT do is give up. I have been trying for awhile now but I refuse to give in!

#1 through 4 is exactly what I do, although not always so much water, but I'm working on that. Good luck! I think making lists and goals is a good way to accomplish things.
