Went to a gathering this weekend. I was determined not to eat carb loaded foods. When not prepping food myself it's hard to know what's in it. I stuck to salads and protein based foods.
176.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Eating one small cookie won’t hurt. Also they have “thin” “brownies/cookies” they’re basically in the form of chips. Less cals, but still sweet 🤩

If you are unable to just have a small amount while noshing ..best stay away.... but if your in control..it wouldn't hurt you to sample;) I have to stay away myself....lol
