Been working on lowering fat intake. My meals include fat free or low fat food's. I have also lowered my sugar intake to item's with no sugar added or sugar free product's.
148.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
