Day 6 - I'm feeling really good today. No headaches, no fatigue, just feeling kinda...normal. I think I've overcome the withdrawal hurdle, but there is one looming over me right now...cravings! I am fiending for a piece of chocolate cake right now! A cup of coffee! Salt and Pepper potato chips! Uugghh! But I will continue to be strong, because I want this really badly. This is changing my life for the better, and I refuse to sabotage it.

Onward and downward!

Try eating an apple or some berries to help you with the sugar cravings. It usually helps for me. Keep up the good work and stick w/ it.

I think you wanting this so badly will really help you get through those cravings. It did me. Hang in there, you can do it

Sounds like your cravings are hitting you from all sides, sweet, salt and the coffee. HANG in there We all know you have the mind set to beat this and those cravings will pass. Just eat some crunchy veggies!
