no weigh in today because I am on the Down Day of Judd and I want to weigh in the mornings of my up days. That way I may show a little loss each time I weigh. The down days are a real challenge for me as they must be for anyone doing JUDD. Tomorrow is my new theme song and that is how I keep it under 500 cals.. this site helps because I can calculate exactly how much food that is. So I hope all my buddys and FS members are doing well having a great day.
