Help...I can't stop eating
I'm in one of my ravenouse moods where I just keep eating
I'm going to try making a pot of coffee and every time I get the urge I will just drink
I think the problem is boredom as the weather has been bad and I'm just watching Netflix and not gardening as I normally do

Try drinking a pint of water and force yourself to wait 20 minutes afterwards. Sometimes helps me when I'm eating all day

Sometimes we just need to eat to get it out of our system. Once you've done it you can move on because you've ticked that box.

sometimes it's just your body telling you that you haven't eaten enough lately. give it what it needs and you'll feel better, just make sure it's not junk!
