Liking my vinegar water in the mornings, feel more energized. No constipation ever since I started doing that with my one tablespoon Braggs vinegar in a tall glass of cold water each morning. I do drink a lot of liquids. Mainly a variety of teas. Exercising at home daily, changing things up constantly so it doesn't get boring and the body doesn't have time to adapt to any routine. Did one day of intermittent fasting just to prove to myself I could do it. Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Plenty of liquids helped.

Since starting this low carb, moderate to high protein WOE it has been so much easier than some other WOEs I have tried. Don't even care about not having some of the foods I used to love. Not saying I won't ever have them again. Don't want to jinx myself! Just saying they are off the pantry shelf and out of the fridge for the foreseeable future.

Onward!!

Robert, track everything you eat and any drinks with sugar or sweetener. Remember sweetener can hinder weight loss and can actually make you gain weight.

Thanks Draglist!! I took a lot of cues from you. Experiment until you find what works, when it doesn't...move on to the next experiment. Of course, only safe ones :)

Hi Robert! Do what you can do to try to eat more natural, no additives. That, in itself, is hard enough. Big business likes to pump everything with more sodium, sugars, and more strange ingredients for taste, looks, and shelf life. I rely on different spices to make my taste buds happy. My go to spices are usually garlic, ground red pepper, turmeric, black pepper and oregano. I do have a whole arsenal of spices :) Takes awhile in the grocery store to read even the meat and seafood labels until you pick out which ones has the least additives Was a bit harder when I was doing the CICO WOE. Good Luck!!
